Wow it was a while back already but what a cracking Night at the Green note Camden, this time supporting Lotte Mullan. It was a great Evening, Great food, Awesome Music from Lotte and a great audience. We played this one as a duo (Brendan and Dan) which made a change. It was a fun gig and we are looking forward to playing there again. Next gig there is on March 24t. We are playing alongside Liz Lawrence and it should be another Great Night. As you may know, We’ve been playing for a few years now as Broken Boat and in all this time we’ve played as a duo. Brendan Kearney on guitar and various other stringed instruments and Dan Bahrami on vocals and guitar. However of late we’ve been experimenting with a full band and the live shows are sounding just great. Above you can see us playing at The Horn in St. Albans for their sunday acoustic night with Brendan on the right and Daniel in the center, on the left is the amazingly talented multi-instrumentalist Jessica Hart filling out the sound with her accordion and at the back is the rock steady Jerome Maree on drums.

Taking every opportunity we get to play, our weekends have been getting pretty busy at the moment, and this weekend was no exception. On saturday Dan visited the Radio Verulam studio in St. Albans to talk to Ashlyn kaye about Broken Boat and play a few songs on air. Of course, being traditionalists, we are still selling the physical copy in all its card and plastic glory (of which 0% of sales find  their way to the grubby mitts of multinational corporations.) but if your looking for an easy way to download our EP you can now go to the itunes store or amazon and download the whole thing with some digital artwork thrown in for good measure.
